In short, $1 RoomCash = $1 hotel cost. Our technology uses an algorithm to determine how much RoomCash we can instantly apply to rates from 600,000+ global hotels, so we can pass these savings along to our members. We'll always apply as much of your RoomCash as we can to your rates.

Rates and availability fluctuate daily, but RoomCash members will save an average of 10-30% compared to those other travel sites.

This will vary by hotel. Every time you search, we'll instantly show you how much of your RoomCash we can apply to your booking and how much of your cash is needed. We'll place the hotels where we can apply the most RoomCash at the top of your search results, so you can focus on saving even more!

Questions About Hotel Bookings

Simple. Follow these quick and easy steps:

  • Please fill out a Cancel/Modify my reservation form.
  • Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions.

From here, your Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours. Please check the confirmation and the provider's cancellation policy regarding refunds of reservation and/or deposit amounts. The policies are clearly detailed and closely followed because of our contractual arrangements.

Most reservations are non-refundable; therefore, customers are encouraged to book once their travel is confirmed.

That depends. Some of our providers require just a room night deposit to hold your room while others require pre-payment at the time of your reservation.

Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Typically those requiring pre-payment are offering significantly reduced rates.

As soon as your order has been confirmed, your credit card account will be debited with the amount due as per your order.

Each city and jurisdiction have their own tax rates and in some cases additional fees are imposed by providers, local, city, state and federal agencies.

Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount and fees charged as predicated by the provider. Non-refundable deposits are periodically required to hold rooms for your arrival and to provide you the lowest rates.

At checkout, you will see a detailed summary of all taxes and fees. Additional taxes and/or fees may be charged at the hotel.

We have provided you an actual reservation with an instant confirmation number - meaning there is nothing else that needs to be done! Behind the scenes, we cause the provider to re-validate the reservation and acknowledge they are prepared for your arrival.

Yes. You can switch hotels by canceling your previous reservation and making a new reservation. Please review your existing reservation to avoid any cancellation or modification penalties.

Just Contact Us and include your booking number, which you'll find on your related confirmation email. Once this form has been submitted, our Customer Service team will review your query and respond promptly.

You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that person's name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card.

Non-refundable deposits are periodically required to hold rooms for your arrival and to provide you the lowest rates.

Some hotels will allow RoomCash bookings until 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. For same day reservations, RoomCash recommends calling or emailing our team so we can confirm availability directly with the hotel. Only hotels that will allow a same-day booking will be displayed to you if your arrival date is the same day.

Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) to be 21. You can see requirements and other hotel amenities on the hotel's property information pages.

The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. Additionally, we strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate.

Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.

Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.

Free parking is provided at many hotels. Check the property information pages for information on parking.
